At HRS Heat Exchangers, our After-Sales service is one of the main activities of the company. HRS has a dedicated after-sales service, inter alia, to provide support to customers in their daily work with our products. We offer a complete after sales service during the warranty period of your equipment. Our trained staff are always available to offer advice on any technical issues or ways to improve its funtionality.

Most of the equipments we manufacture are delivered with their recommended list of spare parts (those which are subject to wear). However, and due to their different configurations, which are designed and manufactured under request and customised according to customer's needs, we cannot provide a general listing of spare parts.

For any spare part that you might need (even for replacing pieces not subject to wear), we recomend that you contact our technical service providing the order number for which you need assistance.
