After-Sales Technician (Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Act as the main point of contact for international customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness.
✔ Provide technical support and manage the resolution of product- or service-related incidents, ensuring efficient troubleshooting.
✔ Prepare and process commercial offers, spare parts quotations, and service orders with precision and attention to detail.
✔ Coordinate on-site service interventions with subcontractors and clients, managing scheduling, logistics, and occasionally providing on-site supervision.
✔ Manage and review technical and administrative documentation, including service reports, delivery notes, and ERP system entries (Navision).
✔ Support procurement tasks by liaising with suppliers, handling purchase orders, and coordinating delivery schedules in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience: 2–4 years in a similar technical support or after-sales role.

Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of industrial and food processing systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Navision experience is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working well under pressure and managing priorities effectively.
