Business Analyst

At HRS Heat Exchangers, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help improve performance, efficiency, and profitability by providing actionable data insights across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Gather and analyse data from various departments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
✔ Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to provide real-time business insights.
✔ Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with detailed data models and simulations.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and monitor business goals.
✔ Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable way to management.
✔ Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
✔ Assist in the implementation of new tools or systems for data analysis and reporting.
✔ Translate business needs into technical requirements for reporting and analytics.
✔ Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior leadership.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar business or data analyst role.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of databases, data modelling and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is highly valued.
