Are you detail-oriented and well-organized, looking to grow in a quality-related role? At HRS Heat Exchangers, we are looking for a Quality Assistant to support our Quality Department in inspections, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes and products.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform routine inspections and tests on products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
✔ Document and report inspection results, identifying defects or areas of non-compliance.
✔ Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues.
✔ Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.
✔ Help prepare quality reports and presentations, and promote a culture of quality within the company.
✔ Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
✔ Track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution.
✔ Participate in improvement projects aimed at enhancing product and process quality.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
✔ Help address customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality.
✔ Maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers on quality matters.
✔ Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
✔ Stay informed of updates in quality standards and help revise company procedures as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in a quality assurance or similar role.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with quality management software is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
- High level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
