At HRS Heat Exchangers, we are looking for a Sales Engineer – Components to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, explaining the benefits and applications of our heat exchanger components.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to support sales activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering (preferably in heat exchanger components).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
