Sales Engineer – Systems

At HRS Heat Exchangers, we are looking for a Sales Engineer – Systems to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, explaining the benefits and applications of our heat exchanger systems.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, pricing, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to support sales activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering (preferably in heat exchanger systems solutions).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical components and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
