Initial start up services

Commissioning/Commissioning Supervision: (For Systems)

We offer professional commissioning services or supervision during set up and start up to guarantee everything is done properly. The service is particularly important and necessary when buying a bespoke engineering solution or HRS system. This provides the reassurance that set up will be done properly and will guarantee a smooth start up.

Installation/Installation Supervision: (For Components and Skids)

Similar to our commissioning services, installation pertains to the instillation of heat exchangers or less complex products such as skids. Correct installation will increase the lifetime of your system.

HRS believes in continuous support for our customers and their on-going needs to help maximise the value of their investment. Our After Sales Support services include:

  • Training

    Training is required for operators and maintenance personnel in order to install, operate and maintain the equipment throughout its lifetime to maximise the value of your investment.

  • Documentation

    We provide the necessary documentation to ensure that you are equipped with all the information you need relating to the operation, maintenance and spare parts of equipment installed.

  • Reserved stock

    We can reserve and hold critical spare parts in case of unexpected issues and where speed is of paramount importance.

  • Troubleshooting and Remote support

    When an HRS control system is installed it can be made available to the HRS team through remote access. When necessary and in cases of unexpected issues, we can log on (if this option is taken at purchase) and discover any potential issues and quickly identify their resolution. Using our design expertise and technical know-how, we can save you time and money by identifying problems and solutions quickly and without incurring costly site visits. In cases where we don’t have remote access to the control panel, we are always contactable by phone to resolve issues the old-fashioned way!
