Rice pudding, custards, crème caramel, mousse and other milk, egg or chocolate-based puddings can be produced continuously and to high quality using carefully designed heat exchanger systems. Thanks to the patented design of the HRS Unicus Series scraped surface heat exchanger, such equipment can work for extended periods of time without needing to be stopped for cleaning as the heat exchange surfaces are kept clean, while product quality is maintained.

As an example, in the specific case of rice pudding production, the integrity of the rice grains is guaranteed thanks to the delicate treatment of the dynamic agitating elements at the heart of the heat exchanger. Thanks to these elements the rice grains are not damaged during thermal treatment.
