HRS Heat Exchangers, Stand 220, Aquatech Mexico

HRS Heat Exchangers will showcase highlights from its extensive range of heat exchangers and treatment systems for wastewater and anaerobic digestion at Aquatech Mexico in September, with a particular focus on energy efficiency and preventing equipment fouling.

HRS’ heat exchangers are well established around the world in sectors including wastewater and sewage treatment, sludge pasteurization and digestate management. HRS products are used for a wide range of thermal processes including evaporation, pasteurization, thermal hydrolysis and waste heat recovery.

In particular, HRS’s range of scraped surface and corrugated tube heat exchangers have proven to be more reliable and longer lasting in operation than other systems commonly employed for water treatment. A full range of products is available, from the double tube DTI and DTR Series through to the patented Unicus Series of reciprocating scraped surface heat exchangers; meaning that the right product is available for the effective treatment of everything from gray water to the most challenging sludges and digestate.

As well as heat exchangers which can be specified and designed to fit into existing and new wastewater installations, HRS also produces a number of fully packaged systems for concentration, evaporation and pasteurization. These use HRS heat exchanger technology, together with the necessary ancillaries such as tanks, pipework, and monitoring and control equipment, giving you the peace of mind to purchase a fully finished, delivered and installed solution to your water treatment needs.

Matt Hale, International Sales & Marketing Director at HRS Heat Exchangers, comments: “Our extensive range of tubular heat exchangers has been proven in the toughest wastewater environments over many years. This experience has also allowed our engineers to see how customers want to use our heat exchangers in real world situations, and we have used this knowledge to develop complete packaged solutions for the most common applications.”
